All the refinements of a luxury yacht are on board for cruising and overnight stays in the Bay!

Security Check

The Guest credit card used to make a payment  name  must match the photo id to be presented on arrival. 

Security Bond Requirement
A security bond is required prior to departure. Failure to pay the required security bond will result in the booking being voided. Bond freeze may take upto 15 days to be lifted
In this circumstance, the booking will be treated as cancelled by the customer, and no refund or rescheduling will be available, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)
We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time a booking is made. During this period, bookings may be cancelled for a full refund. After the 24-hour cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be provided for a change of mind, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

Weather and Safety-Related Cancellations
For safety reasons, the company may cancel a booking where adverse weather conditions are forecast by the Bureau of Meteorology Marine Forecast. This may include strong wind warnings, storm warnings, or conditions that make boating unsafe. Where a booking is cancelled by the company for safety reasons, customers will be offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Refunds
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not provided for cancellations due to weather, personal circumstances, or change of mind outside the cooling-off period.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Booking Changes (Personal Circumstances)
Bookings may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled departure time. All date changes are subject to availability.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for the booking on the scheduled date and time will result in the booking being forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be available for no-shows, except where required by law.
